Circle Woods Homeowners Association is a townhome-style development which consists of 267 units. Construction of the community began in 1978. Circle Woods is conveniently located within walking distance of the Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and a short drive away from I-66, Oakton, the Town of Vienna, the City of Fairfax, and the Mosaic District.

Circle Woods is located within the boundaries of Mosaic Elementary School, Thoreau Middle School, and Oakton High School.
