The Bylaws state (page 7) that notice of the annual meeting shall be given "by mailing a copy of such notice, postage prepaid, not less than fourteen (14) days before such meeting . . . ." I still haven't received a notice in the mail. Wanted to flag in case that rule had been missed.

Would like to second for Winter Pine and note that Patriot hasnt attempted to do ANY yard waste pickups on Saturdays yet.

I will answer my own post here. I went with Ponki's Lawn, landscape, and tree service. Less than a third of the price of Blade Runners and were done fast! Really great work by Ponki's.

Anyone have a recommendation for a tree removal service, not Blade Runners though.

I will just add that someone has smashed a couple of car windows on Winter Pine Ct. The most recent that I know about was about 2 months ago. Got a car-window smasher out there. Maybe set-up Ring doorbells to capture additional footage until this vandal/thief is caught.
