NOTICE: RETURN TO SENDER ISSUE; signed amendments update

Hello Circle Woods Community,

First, the good news, we have had a very good response to the proposed amendments, and we are close to reaching the minimum 75% threshold for the first amendment.

But, we are not there yet.

While some of the amendments are still on their way to the PO Box, and we have received many signed amendments using the PO Box, we have been made aware of an issue where some folks have received a "return to sender." If you have this problem, do not worry. We will still be sure to collect your signed amendments.

First, you can send us your amendments electronically: https://forum.circlewoods.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=41. This is the preferred method of getting us your signed amendments, given the problems with the PO Box.

Second, if you have difficulty submitting your amendments to us electronically, then just email the Circle Woods Board, board@circlewoods.org, and we will find a solution that allows you to get us your signed amendments that is better tailored to your needs.

We still have several dozen Lots that we do not have votes for, unfortunately. If you are among them, or know someone who may be, please submit or encourage the current nonvoters to submit the attached proposed amendments. Email me the signed copies per https://forum.circlewoods.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=41.

Some good news, however: we are EXTREMELY close to meeting the threshold to adopt Amendment #1! ALL of the votes cast so far have signed it! This was extremely important for all of us Lot Owners, whom depend on our two assigned parking spaces, as well as for the neighborhood. I thank everyone who has submitted their signed amendments.

I also strongly urge people to sign amendment #4, in particular. I think that this process has shown me how nearly impossible 75% is to meet, despite our pace to meet it for amendment #1. I do not think that we can count on needing effectively unanimous consent on any future proposed amendment and hope to pass it. Amendment #1 was uniquely obvious and important to pass, and we still are not technically at 75% for that amendment yet. Please make sure to sign Amendment #4 when if you still have amendments to submit.
