The weather forecast for Halloween (tomorrow) isn't great. Hopefully we'll get a mostly rain-free period for Trick or Treating, but WTOP just suggested it will be best for Trick or Treaters to go out early, as in 4:30-5:30 pm.
I know a lot of us aren't home from work at that point, but try to be aware kids may be out early this year?
Also, is there any precedent for the neighborhood declaring a Trick or Treat rain date if the weather is really bad?
Thanks,
Jim on Winter Pine
