- Visitor Parking Passes must be displayed on any vehicle that is parked in a designated Visitor Spot. The current passes are Red. Failure to display a valid visitor tag on the rearview mirror or dashboard will result the vehicle being towed at the owner's risk and expense.
- Fairfax County parking permit: Circle Woods Drive is a permit parking street during the week. All residents of Circle Woods are permitted to apply for a parking permit from Fairfax County for all of their vehicles. - Gates Hudson Online Management Portal: Gates Hudson is the property management company that Circle Woods HOA has contracted with to provide property management services. They have a convenient online portal for homeowners to view important documents, announcements, and check the status of their assessments account. Please contact our property manager, Ramin Kordi at rkordi@ghacm.com to get set up with an account. The portal is accessible here: https://portal.ghacm.com/home_v2/Login
- Connecting with the Community: In addition to this forum and the email announcements that are sent out periodically from the HOA via Gates Hudson, there is also a new Facebook group to get connected with and meet your neighbors. Go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/circlewoodshoa and send along a request to join the private Facebook group.
