Garbage Around The Neighborhood - Chicken Bones

The green area in front of 3081 White Birch Court where the Post Office boxes are. Today was the 4th or 5th time in about two months that I had to pull chicken bones out of my dogs mouth that was just thrown onto the ground in that area.

What is going on with people not properly bagging their trash? We have no idea what is going on and before anyone says birds or wild animals are digging into trash bags . . . We don't believe that to be the problem. It's just chicken bones, no wrappers or any other type of garbage. Is someone walking around eating chicken and tossing bones to the ground when they're finished? And it's always in this same area.

This is ridiculous if it's adults doing this crap. Do it in your back yard and not the common areas.
