Notice of Annual Inspection

Dear Fellow Circle Woods Homeowner,


Our management company, Gates Hudson, will conduct our annual community inspection on or around July 5-14, 2022. This is an effort to maintain curb appeal and home values as well as to remind owners of their maintenance obligations under our covenants.


Items included in the inspection are listed below and remain the same as prior years. These conditions will be inspected in terms of what is visible from the sidewalk/street. Please walk to the curb and take an objective look at your property. If issues are corrected before the inspection, Circle Woods HOA will have to send very few notices to homeowners.


- Landscaping: All front yards should be in good condition. Items should not be permanently stored in the front yard.
- Siding should be in good repair and not have any visible mold or mildew growth visible from the sidewalk. There should be no vine growth on siding or brickwork that faces the street.
- Trim should not be missing, rotting, peeling, or damaged. Flashing should be in good repair.
- Trash and recycling containers should not be left in the front of the house and should not be in public view or visible from the street or curb, except on days of trash or recycling collection.
- Fences should be in good repair.
- Gutters and downspouts should not be hanging loose, damaged or rusty.
- Roof should be in good condition, without excessive broken, damaged and missing shingles.


Gates Hudson will be notifying individual homeowners regarding these items after the inspection. Please take the time over the next few weeks to address these items at your home.


In addition, all homeowners are reminded that any exterior modification or additions to your property may require ACC approval (guidelines available here: https://bit.ly/3yl3jty). Please submit your application (available at https://bit.ly/3yff3h8) as soon as possible so that the Committee can review and respond to your application quickly.
