New Communications Methods!

Hello neighbors!
We've got some exciting updates as a result of the Communications Survey many of you completed earlier this month.
The good news is that many of you are connected to the goings-on of Circle Woods via the emails you receive and the forum (which you're reading right now!). We won't be changing or eliminating anything for you all who prefer the way things are right now.

More good news! We've heard some of you loud and clear--you prefer methods of communication and connection other than the ones we currently utilize. To that end, we've started a private Facebook group to add to the ways we communicate and connect with one another, if that's your preferred method of connection. Join the private group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/circlewoodshoa. The group is open to all owners, residents, and tenants of Circle Woods. Joining the group is completely voluntary and if you choose not to participate, nothing will change for you and the ways you receive communications from CWHOA.

We also have ways for landlords to get their renters & tenants plugged into the community. You may add your renters and tenants as contacts within your owner portal in Vantaca (Gates Hudson's online management platform). In addition, please invite them to join the Facebook group to get plugged in as well.

An overwhelming number of respondents also asked us to restart regular e-newsletters. We hear you loud and clear. We'll be starting one up soon. If you'd like to volunteer to help with the compilation/layout/content/design/any other aspect, let me know at samahncwhoa@gmail.com and we'll get you spooled up to help out.
