Circle Woods Annual Pool Party - August 13, 2022 4-7 pm

It's back!
The annual Circle Woods Pool Party will be held on Saturday, August 13 from 4-7 pm, with the pool being open until 10 pm.
The Board will provide beef burgers, turkey burgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers, as well as drinks.
You are welcome to bring a dish to share with the community as well!
This party is open to all members of the Circle Woods community and the pool will also be open to all members of the community regardless of whether they have a pool pass or not.
So come on down on August 13 and meet your neighbors, eat some good food, and cool off in the pool.
We'll have additional details as they become available.

Hello Neighbors!
We hope you are just as excited as we are for this weekend's pool party! The weather forecast looks perfect for us to all get together for the first time since the pandemic started to have some fun in the sun, eat good food, and take a dip in the pool! Pool passes are not required to attend the party or use the pool.

Food and activities will be between 4 pm - 7 pm and the pool will stay open until 10 pm.

The Annual Pool Party is traditionally a potluck, which means families and households bring a dish to share. We'd love for you to share some food with us, but it's not required. The HOA will be providing burgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers with limited GF buns for individuals with a gluten/wheat allergy.

We would love to make sure we have enough food for everyone, however. If you haven't already done so, please RSVP and let us know if you're planning on bringing food to share: https://bit.ly/CWPoolParty22

- If your Last (Family) name starts with a letter between A-M, then we ask you to bring a side dish or dessert to share!
- If your Last Name starts with a letter between N-Z, then we ask you to bring a main dish to share!

We're also looking for people to bring ice, coolers, tables, and chairs. We'd appreciate it if you could let us borrow the above (except for the ice--you probably won't get it back) for the party!
